DevShot ("we", "us") provides an HTTP API that renders code snippets and Open Graph images ("the Service") at devshot.dev and api.devshot.dev. By creating an API key or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle handles checkout, billing, taxes, receipts and order-related customer service inquiries, including returns. Purchases are additionally subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access lasts until the end of the paid period. We may change plan pricing or limits; existing subscribers get at least 14 days notice before a change affects them. See our Refund Policy.
You may not use the Service to generate illegal content, phishing or deceptive material, or content that infringes third-party rights; resell the Service itself; or attempt to disrupt it (circumventing rate limits or usage quotas, key farming, automated abuse, probing for vulnerabilities). We may suspend keys that violate this section.
Code and text you send to the API remain yours. Generated images are yours to use however you like, including commercially. We cache rendered images (derived only from your request parameters) to serve repeat requests quickly.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for high availability but do not offer an SLA on self-serve plans. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
