At DevShot, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. Because our service is digital and delivered instantly, refunds are governed by the following terms:
You are eligible to request a full refund of a charge within 14 days of the billing date, provided that:
— the request concerns the most recent charge on your subscription;
— you provide proof of purchase (the Paddle transaction ID from your receipt email).
We generally cannot issue a refund if:
— the 14-day window has expired;
— the charge covers a billing period that has already been substantially consumed (a large share of the plan's monthly image quota used);
— the account was suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.
That said, if something on our side broke your workflow, write to us anyway — we'll make it right.
Email ggnuxa@gmail.com with your account email and the Paddle transaction ID. Once verified, we instruct Paddle to process the refund.
Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, back to your original payment method. Once approved, funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. You can also try everything risk-free on the Free plan before paying.
